Shenzhen Jewellery Fair 2018: Jewellery Resources China

Shenzhen Jewellery Fair 2018: Jewellery Resources China

Scheduled for 19 to 22 April 2018 at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, the 16th edition of the China International Gold, Jewellery & Gem Fair – Shenzhen (Shenzhen Jewellery Fair) promises to create a product sourcing experience that goes beyond the trade show floor by embracing a theme that reflects Shenzhen’s vibrant jewellery design and manufacturing heritage.

Living up to its reputation as one of the most important shows in the global jewellery sector, the Shenzhen Jewellery Fair is shifting its focus by branding the whole trade show experience around the theme “Jewellery Resources China”.

As competition becomes fiercer and the complexity of the global jewellery market increases, more and more enterprises are compelled to think differently and adopt strategies and techniques that can drive business growth.

Aiming to better address the market’s ever-changing needs, industry powerhouse UBM Asia, the engine driving more than 20 jewellery fairs in key cities around the world, is harnessing Shenzhen’s jewellery manufacturing excellence and concentration of expertise and opportunities to create a show that will serve as a one-stop source for customised solutions aimed at industry stakeholders everywhere.

Shenzhen Jewellery Fair 2018 aims to feature more than 300 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions, and is anticipated to draw nearly 10,000 buyers from 60 countries and regions. The central attraction are core pavilions hosting some of the world’s major jewellery manufacturers and gemstone suppliers, and industry segments under the show’s signature “Resources” umbrella that are trending right now, including Brand, Innovation, Crossover, Fine Jewellery, Design, Fashion Jewellery, Jade, Other Finished Jewellery, Display/Technology, Materials and HR/Media.

By introducing the fair’s new theme “Jewellery Resources China”, a brand-new image has been launched to deliver the message of sustainable profession and innovation, keen insights in the industry and the power of resources integration.

With the theme “Jewellery Resources China”, which better reflects Shenzhen’s jewellery manufacturing heritage and the fair’s position as a one-stop source for customised solutions, one of the show’s not-to-be-missed attractions and anchor zones is the Packaging and Technology Pavilion. Aligned with the Chinese Government's economic reform and opening-up policy, the market is open to overseas traders who specialise in the field for innovation solutions that support changing needs. This makes the Shenzhen Jewellery Fair the ideal platform to present your latest developments in one of the world’s most exciting jewellery manufacturing and design centres – Shenzhen.

The 15th edition of the Shenzhen Jewellery Fair concluded with 8,633 local and overseas visitors passing through its doors over the show’s four-day run and featured a total of 260 exhibitors from around the world.

One of the fair’s core attractions is the highly popular China Jewellery Market Forum, which is jointly organised by the Shenzhen Jewellery Fair and CJNA. The fourth edition forum was successfully held over the fair’s four-day run. It explored the theme “Brand Innovation, Craftsmanship Innovation and Technological Innovation” in the forms of jewellery parades and knowledge seminars. Over 2,000 guests attended, including international jewellery retailers, as well as local and overseas media representatives.
